TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Every minute of IT downtime can have disastrous organisational and economic consequences for our industrial clients. CDS Engineering provides its clients with a complete technical support service. This service, which is purchased by means of SLAs (Service Level Agreements), consists of conducting quick interventions in the event of the failure of servers, workstations, printers, or any other technical device.

The technical support provided is also preventive in nature: we provide software updates, replacements of obsolete or maintenance-free equipment, and security services (antivirus, antimalware).

    APPLICATION SUPPORT

    For Profil 3000 and Prostore, our ERP solutions, our clients sign a maintenance agreement covering the management and correction of bugs, user support and updates to the newest versions.

    To streamline the organisation of our support activities, our clients have access to our ticketing system that allows them to report any software malfunction. When a support ticket is opened, our support department takes over and manages the resolution of the problem as soon as possible.
